It is usually cheaper to get your HIP from a local independent provider.
If you decide to change your Estate Agent you can take your pack with you.

Our Home Information Packs contain all the required documents to meet current government legislation, including the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Our EPCs are produced by our own professional Domestic Energy Assessors.
